Rule 35 Notice of IME
|
When the mental or physical condition is in controversy, the court may order a physical or mental examination by a license or certified examiner. The order made only on a motion for good cause shown, and notice to party specifying the time, place, manner, conditions, and scope of the examination.
If requested, the party examined shall get a detailed written report form the examiner. |
