1763/ Concluded the French & Indian war, but it began a conflict between ENGLAND AND THE COLONIES.

Proclamation line drawn.

1763/ Boundary line following the Appalachian Mountains, England was able to cross but the colonies were not.

Stamp Act Congress.

1765/ They didn't want to pay for the "stupid" taxes so they did a meeting to talk with the king and defend their rights.

Boston Massacre.

1770/ Bostonians vs British, the fight started just with one side throwing snow balls but the British side had guns so the Bostonians couldn't even defend theirselves, TAX ON TEA.

Boston Tea Party.

1773/ Indians boarded ships in Boston and threw a lot of tea into the the harbor.

Intolerable Acts.

1774/ After "Boston tea party" The British side was not happy w the Indians attitude so they wanted to take revenge so they created the "intolerable acts".

First Continental Congress.

1774/ meeting of delegate to discuss about the intolerable acts, it didn't work.

Second Continental Congress.

1775/ they repeated the meeting one year after the 1st one, George Washington commander in chief.

Declaration of Independence.

1776/ it was like the 3rd continental congress, considered the must important human statement of political principals in history.

Patriots.

They wanted independence.

Loyalists.

They were loyal to the king.

Battle of Saratoga.

1777/ The 1st patriot victory, patriots side "General Gates"


British troops- "General Burgoyne"/ NEW YORK.🗽

Battle of Yorktown.

1781/ General Cornwallis(British) General Washington, American independence was secured.
