denominator
in a fraction, the denominator is the bottom number. It is the TOTAL AMOUNT.
equivalent fractions
equivalent fractions are fractions with different denominators that name the same number. For example 1/2 and 4/8 are equivalent fractions because they are both halves.
mixed number
