Land

Defined as the earth surface extending downward to the center of the earth and upward to Infinity.


Includes surface, soil, objects naturally attached to the earth's surface (boulders, plants ), minerals, substance, and air up to space

Real estate

Land at, above, and below the earth's surface, plus all things permanently attached to it.

Real property

Includes both land and real estate. It is the intrest, benefits, and rights that are automatically included in the ownership of land and real estate.
