What was Tinker vs. Des Moines?
Tinker vs. Des Moines was a case when two teenagers sued their school system after being forced to remove armbands in protest of the Vietnam War.
What was Hazelwood vs. Kuhlmeier?
Hazelwood vs. Kuhlmeier was a case in which a student newspaper wanted to run a article about teenage pregnancy but the Principal of the school refused so the students and a teachers sued for their right to print the article.
