Back 1

1.Brakes- As Required
2. Throttles- Idle
3. Speed Brakes- Extend
4. Thrust Reversers- Deploy on unaffected engine

Front 2

Engine Failure during Coupled Approach

Back 2

1. Power (oper engine)- Increase as required
2. Autopilot and Yaw Damper- OFF
3. Airspeed- V App
4. Rudder Trim- Trim toward oper engine as desired
5. Flaps- TO, APP

Front 3

Emergency Restart

Back 3

1. Ignition- Both ON
2. Boost Pumps- Both ON
3. Throttles- Idle
4. If Altitude Allows- Increase airspeed to 200 KIAS

Front 4

Engine Fire

Back 4

1, Throttle (affected eng)- Idle
If light remains ON:
2. Engine Fire Switch- Lift cover and push
3. Either Illuminated Bottle Arm Light- Push

Electrical Fire or Smoke

1. Oxygen Masks- Don and Emer
2. Oxygen Microphone Switches- MIC OXY Mask

Front 6

Cabin Decompression

Back 6

1. Oxygen Masks- Don and 100% Oxygen
2. Oxygen Microphone Switches- MIC OXY Mask
3. Emergency Descent- As required

2. Throttles- Idle
3. Speed Brakes- Extend
4. Airplane Pitch Attitude- 25 deg nose down

Thrust Reverser Inadvertant Deployment during Takeoff after V1.

1. Emer Stow Switch- EMER (affected switch)
2. After establishing a positive rate of climb- landing
gear up.
3. At 400 ft- Flaps UP

Thrust Reverser Inadvertant Inflight Deployment

Back 10

1. Control Wheel/Autopilot- Grip, Disengage. Airplane
will tend to pitch up and roll into the deployed
reverser.
2. Emergency Stow Switch- EMER (affected engine)
3. Throttle (affected engine)- Check idle
4. Airspeed- Reduce to 125 KIAS or below, After thrust
reverser stows, do not exceed 200 KIAS.

Emergency Evacuation

Back 11

1. Throttles- Both Off
2. LH/RH Engine Fire Switches- Both Press
3. LH/RH Fire Bottle Armed Switches- Both Press (if fire
is suspected.
4. Battery Switch- Off
5. Airplane and Immediate Area- Check for Best Escape
Route.
If Thru Cabin Door
6. Cabin Door- Open
7. Move Away from Airplane
If Thru Escape Hatch
6. Escape Hatch- Remove and Throw Hatch Out Of
Airplane.
7. Move Away from Airplane

Battery Overheat

Back 12

1. Amperage- Note
2. Battery Switch- EMER
3. Amperage- Note Decrease

Front 13

Thrust Reverser Unlock Light On in Flight

Back 13

1. Emergency Stow Switch- EMER (affected engine)
2. Thrust Reverser Levers- Check Thrust Reverser Levers
at stowed (Full Forward) position.

Inadvertant Stall

2. Pitch Attitude- Reduce
3. Roll Attitude- Level
4. Throttles- Max Thrust
