CONDITIONS:
A. The CSG shall not assume responsibility of the
Contractor's Project Superintendent.
B. The CSG shall not make decisions on matters
that are the sole responsibility of the Architect-of-
Record (Aor)
C. The CSG is responsible to the Owner only for
Administrative Matters. To the AOR for Technical
Matters.
D. Art. 1723 of Civil Code = CSG may not have any
legal responsibility since the AOR is responsible
for the Design & the Contractor for the Construction.
* A Service Contract / Agreement between the CSG &
the Owner may stipulate certain professional
responsibilities & civil liabilities of the CSG,
particularly if the CSG is party to the review of the
Contract Documents & their subsequent evaluation &
interpretation during the course of Construction.
E. If the AOR & the Contractors are sued by an Owner
for Civil Liabilities due to the performance or non-
perfomance of certain acts traceable to the CSG, the
AOR may file cross claims against the CSG.
