Treatment of Hyponatremia in SIADH
Hypertonic saline, raised slowly to avoid central pontine myelenosis.

If found on chest x ray perform Chest CT. If begign due serial CT scans to monitor. If Suspicious fo rmalignancy then do further PET evaluations.
Malignancy and SPN
More likely in patients >50, >2cm in size with irregular borders, calcification, and rapidly increasing size.

Inhibit thermoregularion causing hypothermia.

Characterized by monomorphous pink papules and absecnce of comedones.

Berry aneurysms. Hepatic cysts. Vavlular heart disease. Colonic Diverticular. Abdominal wall and inguinal hernia.

Radiolucent stones are treated with alkinization of the urine with potatssium citrate, low purine diet with or with out allipurinol.
