By how closely they resemble the parent tissue eg fat cartilage Eg grade 1 able to recognise Grade 2 some resemblance Grade 3 little resemblance to parent tissue |

Most primary sarcomas of extremities spread by way of the blood stream and show up in the lung Exceptions would be some spread to regional lymph node and remember benign tumours occasionally spread to lungs not just malignant |
