A rhythmic wave pattern throughout the body to release stagnation.

What is rolling?

One of the heaviest of all oscillating techniques. Smooth, even, penetrating... Flex & extend with elbow & wrist. Roll in the direction of muscle fibers, and never directly on the bone.
