The bios does not recognise the processor because the cmos settings have yet to be updated. You must reinstall the old processor and flqash the bios.

It is overheating. You must check the cpu fan power and make sure that the thermal shut-down threshold in the bios is not too low.

Becouse losing power while flashing the bios can cause permanent issues. you should backup the cmos settings in the bios prior to flashing.
