Sulfonurea glyburide 2.5 - 20mg per day.
Give in 2 divided doses if daily dose is greater than 10mg |

Liver or renal impairment or previous lactic acidosis |

What are the side effects of sulfonurea Glyburide? |
Weight gain prolonged hyperglycemia potentiated by silicates, sulfonamides, MAOI, beta blockers.
May mask hypoglycemic symptoms.
