Vessel ruptures, for an object, thermal burns, I dislocation, electric burns, chemical burns, blow out fracture, laceration Treatment: stabilize cover in palled object, irrigate with copious amounts of water for 15 to20 minutes |

Ear |
Laceration, avulsion, by, foreign obj Treatment: soft tissue colon cleanse with sterile saline apply dry sterile dressing Inner ear injury: position of comfort, never remove large object, if any CSF no SMR |

Basil or skill fractures, battle sides, Lynn your skull fractures Treatment: don’t apply excessive pressure directly on injury, bandages should not cover most of the head, closely monitor mental status |

Confusion, seeing stars, headache, tinnitus dizziness, weakness, visual changes |

Cushing triad : if showing signs hyperventilate at 20 bpm one every three seconds Treatment: O2 high flow Closely. Monitor mental status 2 things you want to prevent : hypoxia/hypotension |
