Additional Parking Regulations

An operator who stops or parks on a one-way roadway shall stop/park the vehicle parallel to the curb or edge of the roadway in the direction of authorized traffic movement with the right-hand wheels within 18 inches or the right hand curb.

Child Passenger Safety Seat Systems

A person commits an offense if the person who is younger than 8 yrs of age. unless the child is taller than 4'9 and does not keep the child secured during the operation of the vehicle


Riding in open Beds Offense

A person commits an offense if the person operates an open-bed when a child younger than 18 years of age is occupying the bed

Riding in House Trailer

a person may not occupy a house trailer or tractor trailer while it is being moved

a person may not participate in any manner in
