What is the definition of "vehicle"?
It includes a motor vehicle, trailer, traction engine, tractor, road-building machine, bicycle, and any vehicle drawn, propelled or driven by any kind of power, including muscular power but does not include motorized snow vehicle or streetcar.
What is a "motor vehicle"?
It includes automobiles, motor-assisted bicycles and motorcycles, as well as other vehicles propelled by anything other than muscular power, but does not include snowmobiles, self-propelled implements of husbandry, streetcars and traction engines.
What is the definition of "commercial motor vehicle"?
It is a vehicle that has a truck or delivery body attached to it. The delivery body is primarily for carrying cargo or objects rather than people.
