Strengths: 10, 25 50, 75, 100, 150mg Dose: 40-100mg QD Indication: Depression Contraindications: MAOIs (note: in all cases here where it says contraindicated with MAOIs, it means not to take at the same time or within 14 days of MAOI dicontinuation) DI: Cisapride, clonidine, MAOIs, quinolones, anticoagulants, carbamazepine, guanethidine, sympathomimetics, azoles, valproate, H2 antagonists, rifamycins, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, terbinafine ADRs: MI, stroke, ECG & AV conduction changes, drowsiness, coma, seizures, testicular swelling, gynecomastia, galactorrhea, Bone marrow suppression, alopecia, anticholinergic, diarrhea.
