How are wavelength and frequency related? |
Inversely; as frequency increases, wavelength decreases and vice versa. C = Lambda * f |

What are advantages of higher frequency? Lower frequency? |
Higher frequency are used for a better and more accurate picture but more prone to attenuation.
Lower frequency less prone to disruption and can travel further. |

How does attenuation affect electromagnetic waves? |
1. Spreading: Waves spread over distance, decreasing their strength. 2. Scattering: Waves scatter when they contact hard particles or surfaces along their path of travel. 3. Absorption: Highly absorbant materials absorb waves, transferring the electromagnetic energy into internal energy. |
