Barrel Chest
An increased anteroposterior diameter. This shape is normal during infancy, and often accompanies aging and COPD.
Pigeon Chest
Pectus Carinatum

The sternum is displaced anteriorly, increasing the anteroposterior diameter. The costal cartilages adjacent to the protruding sternum are depressed
