Ro'ch, is'elohim, habek, nabi
What kind of prophet is Ro'ch?
"visionary," a person from a high place paid to do the job
What kind of prophet is is'elohim?
"man of God," used in times of crises (war, famine), God seen as powerful, feared, immoral, lived in the outskirts of society.
What kind of prophet is hozeh?
"visionary," an individual with disciples, speaks of heavenly court in the N. Kingdom, central figures within society, God is moral
What kind of prophet is nabi?
central figures within society, God is moral, Southern Kingdom, speaks a lot about the covenant

God spoke to the people through Visions. What could these visions include?
Setting, Protagonist, Time, Characters, sometimes Words, Objects, Animals, Message: Condemnation/Salvation
Describe what a prophet is.
Divine encounter with God, foresee the future, catalysts for change, speak for God to warn and console @ same time, people who God makes see things in a deep way, intermedialist between God and people.
