typing up this direction as a direction is fun to me. Now that I have a centered wheel of the mind to explain to myself and others. I think this use of things, or windows of opportunity as guide when in striff, brings me back home. I hadn't had a home before. A home in the mind, body and soul of events in the struggle of life.

Setting on the stool thinking of all the experinces occuring at the time or within the process of shitting. Knowing that I was using my butt too much today, releaseing all of the toxins in my body.
