The nations are judged after the tribulation for their treatment of Israel. If the nation treated Israel well, they went into the Millennial Reign. If the nation didn't treat Israel well, the nation was wiped off of the planet.

The rapture ( a great catching away). The dead in Christ are going to rise. Then those who remain on earth in Him will be caught up in the air to meet Him in a twinkling of an eye. There is a separation (death).
