What is the Electoral College and Electors? |
The process set forth in the Constitution by which the President and Vice President of the US are elected. |

It must be administered as written in the constitution. During obamas 2009 inauguration ceremony the word "faithfully" was spoken out of place by both Supreme Court judge and Obama. As a precaution the President was sworn in correctly and privately the next day. |
