WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?
Persistent: School, finished it!
Competitive: Hate to lose (Hockey, 5K, etc)
Motivated: I will gladly work harder than anyone for a great company with great coworkers
What are your strengths?

Work well with others
I work well with others. At UPS I've been a part of the employee mentoring and safety awareness rout. I worked to reinforce safe work methods and help answer questions that new employees would have about working at UPS.
Why do you want to work for us?
I would like to be in a business that provides the capital to help businesses grow, as my dad has a small business himself and relies on his banking relationships to help his business grow.
- I also like the idea of being part of a smaller business that is growing in the area.
Another strength?

Customer service
From time to time a customer for UPS might be disappointed or concerned about services, I worked to resolve their concerns, answer any questions, and if need be relay their questions to others who can serve them better. Always worked to provide quality service to the customer.
Why should we hire you?
1) I recognize starting from the bottom can give you a fresh perspective on how the company operates, and hopefully experiencing different facets.
2) I'm also confident that with my job experience, my education, and my strong ethic I will be a great addition to the team here.
Why should we hire you, y mas?
I know that with my combination of work experience, skills, and education that I will contribute greatly to this company.
Weakness
Confidence:

Sometimes in the past I haven't believed enough in my skills and abilities.

For example, in my required statistics class for my economics degree that after returning to school, I took advantage of all the resources and worked extremely hard, earning a 100% in the class. I had this ability deep down, but I wasn't confident in it until I went out and made it happen.
Weakeness dos
Procrastinate in the past:

But after returning to school while also working I prioritized the most important tasks in my school and life in order to meet deadlines ahead of time. This helped me get over a 3.9 GPA in my last 50 hours of school and I believe makes me a great candidate for this job.
- Working on a highly time sensitive air package route has also taught me the ability to get started quickly working on optimizing an effective route to get packages delivered ahead of their required time.
