Freedom of religion, speech, press and the right to assemble peaceably.
1st Amendment
The right to keep & bear arms
2nd Amendment
The gov't can not force citizens to feed or house soldiers in their homes during peace time.
3rd Amendment
Search warrants issued because of just cause and homes or people may not be searched w/out a good reason.
4th Amendment
Only a grand Jury can accuse someone of a crime.
People can not be tried twice for the same crime.
You may not be forced to give evidence against yourself.
5th Amendment
Right to a speddy & public trial.
"You have the right to remain silent; Any information may not be used against you; you have the right to a lawer".

Judges can not overturn the decision of the Jury (unless mistakes were made).

Punishment must fit the crime - No unusually cruel punishment is acceptable.
