In order to be moved to a non-LEP status the students must meet one of the following two criteria. 1. Must score at or above the 40th percentile on the language arts and reading on a norm referenced standardized achievment test. 2) The student meets state performance standards on the reading and writing of the English Language criterian referenced test.
