Run the script (File -> D Drive -> FTPGET -> FTPGET batch file

go in Filezilla manually and add to the proper folder (metadata and documents)


-Then run the DIP process after testing

If no PDFS or metadata file

If they cant unlock a document or cant index

Go into thick client, click folders, records management, select folder, post an event -> Open Folder (to update KW) -> look at document date and close with that date -> post an event cutoff event (no delay)


-You only have to do once because your setting the folder level and not the documents

Generate Verification Report

Go into Prod .20 -> Unity Client -> Workflow -> OAKS validation -> ePerformance Process Control -> look at regular start date and do from whenever (cant do today's date) -> click submit -> come over to .12 server in Prod and run the workflow timer service (find life cycle OAKS validation)

Report Services DAS Customer Report

Select DAS Customer Report -> select both of the fields and run the report -> save (excel format)

Discipline ePAR's and how is it configured?

Go into e personnel file -> retention is 3 years from effective date

If additional ePARs

the disciplines yolk together (take later date)

Example 10/6/16 is the effective date of ePAR discipline, the doc will be destroyed _________, if we get an additional discipline 3/7/17, the retention date will now be _________
