Spleen Qi Sinking Manifestation
1. Bearing down sensation in abdomen

T: Pale (white coat, a little enlarged body, looks tender)

P: Empty or Weak
When stomach is prolapsed, it can be felt on middle right position on pulse. Divide stomach position on pulse in 3 pars, the upper part will not be felt when the stomach is prolapsed.
Spleen Not Controlling Blood Manifestation
1. Purpura
2. Bleeding symptoms
3. Blood spots under the skin
4. Blood in urine or stools
5. Menorrhagia
Cold-Damp Invading Spleen Manifestation
1. Feeling of heaviness (dampness)
2. Fullness of epigastrium or abdomen
2. Pain in epigastric region- worse by pressure

4. Sweetish taste in the mouth or absence of taste
5. No thirst

Damp-Heat Invading the Spleen Manifestation
1. Loose stools with offensive odor
2. Thirst without desire to drink or with a desire to drink in small sips
3. Feeling of heat
4. scanty and dark-yellow urination
5. Dull-yellow complexion like tangerine peel.
6. Oily sweat
7. Sweating that does not relieve the fever and does not lead to clearing of heat.
