Sp is sours of phlegm, Lu is storage of phlegm
Sp is mother of Lu, any reason (mostly diet) causing T&T disorders further cause water retention and phlegm
Lu disorders may cause Lu disturbing water disorders.

can be a small or big amount, bright colour w/ phlegm and a normal or dark colour in stools, symptoms are fever & cough
Acute: EPI Heat or Dry-Heat invading with fever and cough
If repeated after big emotion (Lv fire attack Lu)
Chronic: Lu Yin Def, Yin-Yang Def with low tidal fever (which comes in afternoon/evening and goes by morning)
