what are the bactericidal antibiotics?
very finely proficient at cell murder: vanc, FQ's, penicillin, aminoglycosides, cephalosporins, metronidazole.
what do use on methicillin-sensitive staph? resistant? what if pen allergy?
sensitivive = diclox/clox/oxicllin

resistant = cephalosproins

allergy = macrolides
when do you use nitrofurantoin?
only UTI in pregnancy.
