irrigation.... if no drainage total blockage, if saline shows blockage near puncta
ddx optociliary shunt vessels (retinochoroidal collaterals)
from chronically poor drainage CRV
1. optic nerve sheath meningioma (30% have OSV)
2. glaucoma
3. CRVO
4. optic nerve glioma
5. chronic papilledema
6. sphenoid wing meningioma
