Ddx: UTI, bacteremia, meningitis, encephalitis, pneumonia, osteomyelitis, septic arthritis, skin and soft tissue inf, bacterial gastroenteritis,
Tx: Cefotoxime G+ and G-, if > 1mo. CSF penetration Amp - G+ only Consider: Vanc, acycl, naf |
