Left Cerebral Stroke (MCA)
Right hemiparesis, sensory loss, APHASIA, conjugate deviation of eyes to LEFT (deep), right hemianopia/hemi-neglect (deep)...

If caused by ICA occlusion, left monocular vision loss
Right Cerebral Stroke (MCA)
Left hemiparesis and sensory loss, poor DRAWING and COPYING, left-sided NEGLECT, conjugate gaze deviation to RIGHT, left hemianopia

ICA occlusive disease, right monocular vision loss
Lateral medulla (VA)
IPSILATERAL: facial pain, or reduced pain/temp on face, or both, Horner's, incoordination of arm

CONTRALATERAL: loss of pain and temp in libs and body

Also nystagmus
Bilateral pontine base, and often medial tegmentum (basilar artery or pontine hemorrhage)
Quadriparesis (think locked-in syndrome), conjugate gaze paresis (uni or bilateral), internuclear ophthalmoplegia, VIth nerve palsy

MEDIAL TEGMENTUM: coma!
Cerebellar (PICA, SCA, or cerebellar hemorrhage)
Gate ataxia, dysarthria, ipsilateral arm dysmetria
Left PCA territory
Right hemianopia, rigght hemisensory, impaired memory, and alexia without agraphia
Right PCA territory
Left hemianopia, left hemisensory, left neglect
Pure Motor Stroke
Lacunar syndrome (generally caused by hypertension/occlusion of penetrating artery)
Pure sensory stroke
Lacunar syndrome (generally caused by hypertension/occlusion of penetrating artery)
Dysarthria-clumsy hand syndrome (slurred speech and clumsiness of one hand)
Lacunar stroke (generally caused by HTN/occlusion of penetrating artery)
Ataxic hemiparesis (weakness and ataxia of limbs on one side of body)
