secretin stimulation test
(secretin normally inhibits gastrin secretion; not so in ZES)
compare gastric vs duodenal ulcer
GASTRIC ULCER:
pain soon after eating
"s" for soon & stomach

DUODENAL ULCER:
delayed pain (2-4 hours post-prandial)
"d" for delayed & duodenal
