Stereotype
Oversimplified ideas about groups of people. A generalization that doesn’t take individuals into account and can be positive or negative.
Prejudice
Thoughts and feeling about groups that are stereotyped, prejudgment originating out of actual experience
Racism
A type of prejudice that is uses to justify the belief that one racial category is somehow superior to others
Discrimination
The actions that give other people benefits over another group
Overt discrimination
