In what ways did the idea of "Independence" spread like a "disease" through the 13 Colonies?

The "idea" of Independence spread like a disease because people like Thomas Jefferson spread the word of Independence through speeches and writings and like a disease it went from person to person.

7. What was the Boston Tea Party? What were the colonists trying to do? Why didn't they steal the tea or destroy the ships?

The Colonists were trying to send a message to the King that they did not need England or their tea. The reason they did not steel the tea was to show that they could survive without the King and without his tea. They did not destroy the ships because they did not belong to the King, they were owned by individuals who shipped things for a living. They did not want to hurt these people, just the King.

Why did England enact the Proclamation Line of 1763? How did the Colonists feel about this?

They said they wanted to keep the colonist safe but in reality they wanted to control them and keep taxing them.
