For commercial or institutional buildings, provide secure bicycle racks and/ or storage (within 200 yards of a building entrance) for 5% or more of all building users (measured at peak periods). AND, provide showers and changing facilities in the building, or with 200 yards of a building entrance, for 0.5% of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) occupants. OR

For residential buildings, provide covered storage facilities for securing bicycles for 15% or more of building occupants in lieu of changing/shower facilities.
SS Credit 4.1 (SSc4.1) Alternative Transportation: Public Transportation Access Submittals
1.) Provide site vicinity drawing showing the project site and the location of all (existing/proposed) fixed rail stations with 1/2 mile of the site. 2.) A listing of each fixed rail station and the distance from the station to the project site (miles). OR
