Neutral Density Filters
|
"Gray" filter. Reduces light acroos the specturm. Used as a tool to fix problems, not as a "color".

Color Correction Filters
|
Specifically used to raise/lower color temperature of a souce. Often used with followspots in video environments. Often available on color wheel of moving lights.

Diffusion Filters
|
"Frost". Used to disperse light (cover more area) and/or to soften edges. Many different versions available. Silk used to spread light along an axis.

CMY Color Mixing
|
Mixing system using cyan, magenta, and yellow wheels or strings to make an almost infinite palette of colors.

Gel String
|
squares of color (usually 16) taped together.

Gobo Rotator
|
Inserts into accessory slot of ERS. Controlled by dimmed circuit or DMX. Can rotate in either direction at various speeds. Double and Single versions available.

Plastic slide in a holder that inserts in accessory slot of ERS. Injet printed slides on transparancy plastic. Order from rosco or DIY. Requires heatsheid and fan to keep slide cool. Limited to 600W.
