Conclusion based on few and biased evidence. Ex. A person looks on bus and sees ten people who are all adults. Then assumes children are not allowed on bus. |

Red herring |
Avoid key problem by mentioning somthing else. Ex. The gas companies have to raise prices if they do not let some people go. But what if the children of those people starve to death. |
