Chronic Prescribing Rules

CHRONIC prescription: Always include sodium phosphate (SP) or sodium sulphate (SS) & magnesium phosphate (MP).

If the patient’s symptom picture does not clearly indicate a sodium salt, or if the indications are equally weighted, then always prescribe sodium phosphate (SP).

Prescribe no fewer than 3 and no more than 6 mineral salts in chronic cases.

It is time rather than the dose that will emerge as the most important factor in the treatment of chronic conditions.

Often 3-6 months is required to fully gain the benefits from the minerals.

Address the underlying cause of symptoms to improve disease:

- Correct the viscosity of the blood.

- Promote the removal of congestion.

- Reduce and eliminate inflammation.

- Enhance cell replacement.

Acute Prescribing Rules

Acute: 1 to 4 minerals that fit symptom picture and doses should be given as follows:

1-2 tablets, every 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Infants & children: Reassess every 6-12 hours, check temperature & hydration regularly.

Faster & better results can be gained by crushing or chewing the tablets before swallowing with a few mouthfuls of warm water or juice (breast milk).

Minerals for specific digestive disorders are best prescribed with meals.

Take 2 hours away from medications or antibiotics.

The doses should be maintained for a time beyond the point where the symptoms have ceased.

Christina does for Adults:

1 tablet every 15 minutes x 4

1 tablet every 30 minutes x 4

1 tablet every 1hr x 4

1 tablet every 2hrs x 4

1 tablet 4-6 times a day.
