Example:- Brushing my teeth on mornings and at night.
Negativity Bias
On a positive day a negative situation may occur and all one could remember is the negative situation.

Example:- It was a nice sunny day but my ice cream fell on my clothes.
Positivity Effect
Even if there is something negative about a person because you like them you would see pass that.

Example:- My friend has bad breath but they smell good :-)
Optimistic Bias
To be over optimistic about the outcome of planned actions.

Example:- I am optimistic about the road trip because I have it well planned
Overconfidence Barrier
becasue someone is over-confident this may hinder them from moving forward.

Example:- Aaron is boastful but egotistic thus hindering him from going forward.
Planning Fallacy
Is known as false planning. Thinking you have enough time to do something when you really don't.

Example:- Planning to be done with packing at 4:00 when its 3:55 and you haven't even done half of the packing.
Counterfactual Thinking
is thinking about something after it has happened. "what if" situations

Example:- Thinking what would have happened if i had gotten hit my the car that almost hit me.
