Is known as false planning. Thinking you have enough time to do something when you really don't.
Example:- Planning to be done with packing at 4:00 when its 3:55 and you haven't even done half of the packing. |

is thinking about something after it has happened. "what if" situations
Example:- Thinking what would have happened if i had gotten hit my the car that almost hit me. |
