3 problematic things |
1. Not agreeing to merge for more bugs - Don't have bug discussion without Ravi. 2. Not check AS-IS functionality - Ask for his release and want some good QA resource or shift him other team. Whenever i ask them about AS-IS issues, first he will not respond. Have demo one day before. 3. Speaking after meeting - Don't speak much in meeting. Later if issue comes then it is their responsibility after QA. I can only suggest them, ask them to somethings, but i can't force them to do those things. This is not school, i should not be following you - everyone should have the drive to complete their work. 4. Reference pack - Ask evryone to check reference functionality and overlooked by developer etc. Raise AS-IS issue in retrospection meeting or not raise it to maintain good relationship |
