Progress was signified by a greater degree of sexual difference. Homosexuality represented a form of arrested or faulty constitutional development.

Homosexuality was an evolutionary failure. It resulted from a loss of evolutionary, adaptive capabilities resulting from weaker and stressed nervous system manifested by their refusal to procreate.
