Disorientation
Confusion; impairment of awareness of time, place and person (the position of of the self in relation to other persons)
Clouding of Consciousness
Any disturbance of Consciousness in which the person is not fully awake, alert and oriented.
Stupor
Decreased reactivity to external stimuli; partial coma or semi-coma
Delirium
Acute reversible mental disorder characterized by confusion and some impairment in consciousness; generally associated with emotional lability, hallucinations or illusions, and inappropriate, impulsive, irrational, or violent behavior
Coma
Person cannot be roused, with minimal or no detectable responsiveness to stimuli
Coma Vigil
