How much autonomy does a Chapter have?
The chapter is free to make its own bylaws within the constraints of the Grand Chapter, the University, and the law

financial obligations of the chapter, 4th – Maintains the chapters business and

maintains chapter roster and history.

Point of Order - If you believe that a meeting is not being run within the policies of the Chapter or if another brother is breaking parliamentary procedure
