Attempt to throw Tomoe Nage, uke counters by squatting slightly.
"Check" uke's hip with your left foot and throw your right foot and leg over uke's back.
Pull uke down and lock your left leg over your right ankle - trapping uke between your thighs.
Apply the thigh choke while rolling backwards over your left shoulder, end the art sitting on uke's chest and applying an armbar over your thigh.
Triangle hold
Ushiro Gatame
Uke throws a straight right punch at your head. Block with your left hand to the inside and grab back of Uke's collar with right hand.
Pull Uke towards you and around so his back is to your chest. Buck his hips out and fall down backwards.
Use your feet to hook the back of Uke's calves and kick them out and away from you, while using your hands at the back of Uke's neck to push his head/neck away from you.
Exit cleanly by laying your right leg flat on the floor - hook the back of Uke' left leg with your left foot and kick/roll Uke to your right (onto his face). Use your right hand to pin him to the floor and kneel on his back with your left knee. Then move away.

Hadaka Jime 1
With your right hand cupped, slap uke's left ear, rupturing ear drum.
Maintain contact with the side of uke's head and push uke's head down with your fingertips, guiding uke's head into your left arm pit as your left arm comes up and encircles uke's head.
Use your left hand and forearm to drive uke's face to the side, turning uke's head to increase the torque on uke's neck.
With your right hand, reach up underneath uke's head and grab your left hand to complete the lock. You can step back slightly with your right foot and thrust hips slightly forward to maintain balance and increase pressure as you yank up with both arms hard.
(For training, move slowly to avoid injury, including the ear slap.)
Naked Strangle one
Hadaka Jime 2
Counter to Seoi Nage. Step right with right foot and check uke's hip with your hip while slapping your left hand to uke's upper spine.
When uke's momentum is stopped, encircle uke's neck with your right arm (keeping crook of your arm under uke's trachea so it is not crushed).
Keep your left hand anchored into uke's scapula while reaching around with your right hand to grab fingers of your left hand.
Pull in to make sure the point of your right elbow is straight over uke's breast bone while you apply pressure to the choke and knuckle grind.
Naked Strangle two
Hadaka Jime 3
Counter to Seoi Nage: Step right with right foot, check uke's hip with your right hip while giving hard slap with left hand to uke's upper spine.
Encircle uke's neck with your right arm (with the crook of your arm directly under uke's trachea so it is not crushed).
Your right hand holds your left bicep while you bring your left hand up between your face and the back of uke's neck.
Break uke's posture backwards while pulling in with your right elbow (which should be in a straight line directly over uke's breast bone).

Sitting close behind uke's right shoulder, bring your legs together across uke's chest and throat, using your feet to pin uke's left arm while you bring their right arm to your chest.
Raise your hips to bar uke's arm until submission.

Throw uke (e.g., with Harai Goshi, O Soto Gari, O Goshi).
Follow uke to the floor and take a fully mounted position with feet tucked tightly under uke's bottom/thighs.
Take a normal cross choke (Namijuji Shime).
Maintain choke and shoot your legs back, catching uke's shins/calves with your feet and stretch out as far as you can with your legs.
Keep your head down to the top of uke's head to protect your face, and thrust up with your crossed arms, pushing against uke's neck/jaw.
Ashi Nada Shime
Throw uke (e.g., Deashi Harai) so uke lands on left side.
As uke falls, wrap your right forearm under uke's right calf and bring it to your right hip.
Step right foot between uke's legs and set foot down at uke's right side.
Grip your right fist with your left hand and sit close to uke's bottom, with your right foot secured by your left leg.
Pinch uke's thigh between your thighs as you stretch uke's leg and roll your forearm into the nerve in uke's calf.
Ashi Yube hime
Throw uke Deashi Harai (see Nage Te board). As you throw, sweep uke's foot up and into your right hand.
Begin to apply foot and toe lock by bending uke's toes toward his heel while pushing slightly away from you.
Step your right foot between uke's legs and set your foot down at uke's right side (near arm pit) so that both your feet are at uke's side.
Tuck your toes in under uke's side and sit down as tightly as you can to uke's bottom. Uke's leg is now trapped in your arm pit and between your legs.
Pinch uke's thigh between your thighs as you squeeze/fold uke's toes and foot toward uke's heel and push the heel away from you.
Keep the foot close to your chest throughout the art. Exit cleanly and safely once uke submits.
Momo Shime
Uke has you in Do Shime. Counter by bringing your knees up and pulling your hips in tightly to uke's groin/bottom.
Use knuckle strike on uke's ribs to help loosen uke's hold on your head, and push uke's arms away.
Dig your elbows to inside of uke's thighs and drag the points of your elbows toward uke's groin to loosen leg hold around your back.
Scoop under one of uke's thighs with your arm so uke's leg is on your shoulder and drive uke's upper leg toward uke's head and escape.
Shikano Itsusoku
As uke throws a straight right punch, move to the left side and outside capture block uke's wrist with your right hand.
Twist uke's arm clockwise and pull it down while executing an ulna/tricep press takedown with your left hand.
When uke is facedown on floor, maintain hold on uke's wrist as you stomp on back of uke's right thigh with your left heel.
Catch uke's right foot with your left hand and circle your left leg clockwise around the held foot.
Sink down onto your left knee, keeping the lower part of your leg tight into the back of uke's knee joint.
With uke's foot in your belly/chest, lean forward onto uke's back as you apply hammer lock to uke's arm with your right hand.
Shidari Fuji Shime
Attempt Tomoe Nage (from Nage Te board). Uke counters by squatting slightly.
With your left foot, check uke's right hip hard.
Slide your right foot up uke's chest and hook your big toe into base of uke's throat (or stab toe into uke's adam's apple).
Maintain tight grip at elbow and lapel until uke submits.
Shift your right hand to grab uke's lower left leg. Slide your left foot off uke's hip and hook it behind uke's right lower leg.
Drive up and back with your right foot as you pull with your right hand and left foot to force uke into a hard backfall.
Hanging wisteria
Tatsumaki Jime
From standard starting position, uke stiff-arms you with right arm. Pin uke's right hand to your chest with your right hand.
Place your right foot on uke's left hip and thrust/kick out and away from you as you sit down on the floor at uke's feet.
Your left foot circles up and over uke's head during the fall so that your foot ends up (toes down) under uke's neck (your achilles tendon on uke's throat).
Keep uke's hand straight and locked tightly to your chest as you roll your knee over uke's arm toward the floor applying the arm lock to uke's elbow.
Dragon choke
