Unfounded rape
when someone says that they were raped, but the case is not followed through to the end. There is not enough evidence to convict somebody, so it ends up fizzling out. Can label it unfounded if they don’t think there will be enough evidence.
FACES Act
protects abortion providers from harassment. Creates rules and regulations for protesters.
