Cemitidine: binds to CYP450 & inhibits warfarin, ketoneazole, amiodarone anitoconvulsant, theophenol, tryclin antidepressant
Ratinine binds to CYP450, but little effect |

Onset: 2-3 hours
duration: 1-4 days Max: 2 weeks regimen for every 4 months Only used for frequent heartburn. Type: Omeprazole: 20mg Omeprazole (20mg)/ NaBicarb(1100mg) Lansoprazole: 15mg |
