altered taste, dizziness, irritability, seizures, n/v/d, changes in liver and kidney function, hypokalemia and superinfection

First generation: n/v/d, changes in LFTs/RFTs, HA, pancytopenia

Second Generation: hypersensitivity reactions

Third Generation: Phlebitis, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia
