God chose me in CHRIST before the foundation of the world! He calls me to be holy!

God predestined my adoption. It was his will for Jesus to bless me with his grace.

In love, he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.
Because of this grace, he shed his blood to redeem me and forgive all my trespasses. His choice to redeem me was made with perfect wisdom and insight.

I am not my flesh. Nothing good dwells in my flesh! I yearn to follow God, but I am unable to on my own strength. IN CHRIST I can follow God!

For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep doing.
