A frame structure is a type of structure in which a skeleton of materials supports the weight of the other parts.

what is a arch structure?
|
This is made from wedge shaped peices that will lean against eachother. The middle peice is called the key stone, holds the whole thing together, and is usually bigger than the rest. It is the last one to be put in the structure. It has been argured that an arch strucure is not a different catagory than the rest and should be in a different catagory.
